Return & Exchange

We offer an easy return or exchange of any product ordered at Kate Sira’s online shop. No matter if you prefer an exchange or a return, you can ask for it at support@katesira.com within 30 days after the order was delivered to your place. However, the product must be unworn, in its original packaging, and without damage. Please note, we charge a $3.99 fee on all returns and deduct it from the refunded amount.

Meanwhile, the exchange costs of any products delivered less than 30 days ago are totally on the house. We reserve a time period of up to 5 (five) working days after the initial package is delivered back to check and dispatch the brand-new product for an exchange. Kate Sira provides completely free return and delivery of the first exchange, however, the client will have to cover the delivery costs of any further exchange requests within the same order on her/his own.
